A nice renewed apartment with a good location at only a few minutes walk from the city center but totally spoiled by the carelessness of the staff. The worst thing was finding that the black bed linen were dotted by white stains so we didn't dare to sleep on them and bought our own linen to cover it. The couches in the living room were also covered with dirt stains. The rubbish bin under the kitchen sink was still full with the previous guest's rubbish... The worst thing was the shower. The tap mixer didn't work properly so it was impossible to adjust the water temperature and it was impossible to hang the shower tap as the wall attachment was broken too. I asked by text to come and fix it but no answer. On the other hand I got a text urging us to pay € 15 because we arrived after 21.00 and were not given at check-in as the lady didn't speak a word of English and was in such a hurry that rushed out of the apartment after giving us the keys.

Our flight arrived at 10pm so we had to collect keys from a different location which was far from the property and in another direction. The property did not respond to my enquiries of how to get to the apartment with any useful information, only to tell me the walk from key collection to the flat would be 1 hour! It was 11pm at the train station and so we took a taxi and so the journey to collect keys and then get to the apartment was 30 euros. I’m not sure how else you would do this late, on buses or tubes when unfamiliar with the city. It would have taken very long and I was with my young daughter. I had contacted the owners two days before to let them know we were now only two guests not three, which by their website should discount my price £58. This was due to unforeseen family circumstances, usually as a good Will gesture, places will honour this change but not so here. In fact they charged me three times incurring a charge each time by my bank! Then they refunded me slightly less twice, so now I am still very out of pocket. This property will never respond to your communication or give helpful information. Their communication from the outset was the worst I have ever experienced - and I work in this field myself. When we got to the apartment it was freezing but there is no heating just 3 electric plug in heaters so, with high ceilings it took until the next day to take the edge off the old. It was Feb 6th. In addition there are no extra bedding/covers/ duvets. The duvets were like small children’s thin summer duvets so did nothing to help warm up. After a cold sleepless night I was woken at 7am with a pneumatic drill on the building sight next door. I asked the property owners if I could move and I have never received a reply. I requested additional duvets and have yet to receive a reply. All in all this was the poorest experience I’ve had, so much of it down to the non existent communication or effort to make our stay easy or comfortable. They still owe me money!

Appartamento in ottima posizione, centrale e vicino a negozi è fermata mezzi pubblici. A circa 300 mt. c’è un parcheggio a pagamento che dopo lo scarico gratuito di un’app, puoi utilizzare lasciando l’auto per quanti giorni vuoi e dimenticartela per tutto il soggiorno, al modico costo di 6 euro al giorno, che a Vienna non è niente. L’appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato con tutto. La persona che ti consegna l’appartamento, gentile e ti sa consigliare molto bene per tuto quello che serve per iniziare il tuo soggiorno viennese.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avions rendez-vous à 14h pour la remise des clés, mais personne n’était présent. J’ai dû appeler à deux reprises pour savoir ce qui ce passait. La locataire précédente n’avait pas fait son checkout et était partie avec les clés. Finalement, la femme de ménage est venue nous rejoindre à 14h25. L’autre locataire est revenue pendant que nous étions là. Des frais de 40 euros cash sont exigés pour le ménage. On l’apprend seulement lorsqu’on reçoit la confirmation et non lorsqu’on réserve. Le premier soir, j’ai dû appeler car personne ne répondait au courriel. Le mot de passe du wifi était invalide et nous avions un seul verre pour trois... Nous avons manqué d’eau chaude et le séchoir devenait trop chaud pour s’en servir. La pomme de douche était brisée. Il fallait la tenir dans nos mains pour se rincer. La porte de la laveuse à linge était brisée et aucune indication sur le fonctionnement de la laveuse. Quand tout est en allemand, pas trop évident. Le lendemain, à notre retour, deux boîtes de verres étaient sur la table, verres non déballés, non lavés. Le prix est très élevé pour ce que nous avons eu. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie. Avant notre arrivée, ils répondaient rapidement aux courriels. Lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes sur place, pas de réponse. Je leur ai écrit notre insatisfaction, pas de retour...
